Frittata di pasta

Often we have boiled spaghetti, penne, or macaroni and some of them left because we end up not using them in the intended meal and we don't know what to do with them. Among the various possibilities to save them from the trash, there's this omelet pasta.

Ingredients

 300 grams pasta
 4 eggs
 100 grams ham
 80 grams milk
 20 g butter
 pepper
 Grated cheese

Elaboration

Whisk together 2 eggs and 2 yolks. Add the milk and ham diced very small. Add pepper.  Stir this mixture to the pasta, so take a taste with plenty of grated cheese. You can use Grana Padano, Parmigiano Reggiano and Pecorino as well.

Bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes, or until it is golden brown on the surface. Turn off at that point the oven, let cool floor while the door is partially open then serve.
